By using Starmingo, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Starmingo is a subscription-based financial clarity platform that provides account aggregation, dashboards, analytics, projections, and financial modeling tools.

We use third-party providers such as Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect your financial accounts.

Starmingo provides informational tools only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or credit advice.

Any projections, repayment timelines, scenario modeling, automated insights, or analytical outputs are estimates based on available data and do not guarantee results.

Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We rely on third-party services, including Plaid and financial institutions, to retrieve and process financial data.

We are not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

Financial data is retrieved from third-party institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

Modeling results are hypothetical and based on assumptions that may change over time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starmingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
